It remained overcast and relatively cool all day, with a light north-north-easterly wind. Two Tufted Ducks and a Grey Heron frequented North Marsh, with Thornwick Pool attracting an Oystercatcher, one Ringed Plover, two Little Ringed Plover and two Dunlin.

Only a few passerine migrants were located including one Garden Warbler, a Redwing, one Black Redstart, a White Wagtail and two Siskin. Three pairs of Stonechats were feeding young between Thornwick and the Fog Station.

West of the Dykes, a Little Egret, two Shelduck and two Tufted Ducks visited Buckton Pond, with a Short-eared Owl nearby.
